What your team can count on.

Payment through Square
We take payment through Square, which accepts most major cards. A 50% deposit and a signed contract hold your date.
On time and set up
We arrive 90 minutes before your start, set up the bar and collect the alcohol, so the room is ready when your team arrives.
IDs at the bar
Our bartenders check ID and won't serve anyone under 21, anyone without a valid ID or anyone who appears intoxicated. We don't pour straight shots.
A certificate of insurance is available on request for your venue or company.
A quote you can share
Every bar books by the hour or at a flat price with its bartenders included, and optional drink packages are priced per guest, so each line of the quote is easy to read.

What planners ask us first.
How do deposits and payments work?
A request or a quote doesn't hold your date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit do. The deposit goes toward your total.
The balance is due 30 days before your event. If your event is less than 30 days away when you book, the full amount is due at booking. We take payment through Square, which accepts most major cards.
How far ahead should I book?
Most of our events book 7 to 8 months out, and dates go first come, first served. A closer date is still worth asking about.
Do I need a license?
Yes. The host gets a Virginia ABC one-day banquet license for the event. It costs about $55, and processing takes about 7 to 10 days, so apply at least 30 days ahead. We walk you through the application.
Tell us your date, venue and head count.
We reply with an itemized quote you can share with your team.
