The Pop Up Bar dressed as a Bubbly Bar, with gold letters, pampas grass and greenery, by a venue window.

One bar or several, sized to your crowd.

We pour a 400-guest event every year from Pop Up Bars, so a long guest list is a question of how many bars to set up.

Two of our bartenders can work behind one Pop Up Bar. It comes with a cooler, a trash can and bar decor dressed to your event, from lit BAR letters to gold script.

How many bartenders will we need?

The Blair comes with 2 bartenders for up to 150 guests. The Pop Up Bar comes with 1 for up to 75, and the Micro Trailer with 1 for up to 50.

A bigger crowd adds a bartender at $50 an hour. Please send your final guest count 30 days before the event.

Do you take the trash away?

We bring trash cans and keep the bar area neat, and at the end of the night we bag everything and leave it where you choose. We don't haul event trash away.

How do deposits and payments work?

A request or a quote doesn't hold your date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit do. The deposit goes toward your total.

The balance is due 30 days before your event. If your event is less than 30 days away when you book, the full amount is due at booking. We take payment through Square, which accepts most major cards.

Tell us your date, venue and guest count.

We reply with an itemized quote, with as many bars as your crowd needs.
