How we handle what you send us.
We use what you send us to quote, plan and talk about your event. Here is what that covers, in plain words. Last updated October 18, 2026.
Privacy terms.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we keep what you enter: your contact details, your event date, place and guest count, and the bar, drinks and extras you picked, with the estimate you saw.
When you book a 15-minute call, we keep your name, phone number, email, the time you picked, an event date if you give one, and any note you add. When you send a message from the contact page, we keep your name, email, phone number if you add it, and your message. When you sign up for event news, we keep your email.
We also note how you found us, like the link or page that brought you here, so we know which ones work.
How we use it
To review your request, call you at the time you booked, reply to your message, send your quote and plan your event. We send a confirmation email when your request or booking comes in, and our reply after that. Event news goes only to people who signed up for it.
We never sell or share your details.
Where it is kept
Requests, bookings, messages and sign-ups are stored in our own database, and only our team can read them. A booked call is also added to our team calendar, with your name and phone number, so we know whom to call and when.
The call booking page does not run our page analytics, Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
Analytics
We run our own first-party analytics. They record the pages you view, the buttons and links you click, how far you scroll, the choices you make in the estimator, your device, your approximate location and your IP address. They are stored in our own database.
We do not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or any other outside analytics service at this time. If we turn one on, this page will say so. Your name, email and phone number are never sent to analytics.
On your device
The request form saves your progress on your device, so you can come back and finish it later.
Emails
Emails about your request, call or message are part of planning your event. Event news is sent only if you signed up, and every news email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Delete or see your data
To have us delete your details, or to ask for a copy of what we hold, send a message from the contact page on this site. Say what you want and use the email address or phone number you gave us, so we can find you. We will confirm by email once it is done. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, like invoices for paid events.
To stop event news only, use the unsubscribe link in any news email.
